Hidraj Thermal Springs

Hidraj es un yacimiento geotérmico natural en las laderas del monte Banja, en el valle del río Tregan, a unos 1,5 km al sureste del pueblo balneario de Qendër Llixhë, cerca de Elbasan. En lugar de un único manantial, comprende siete grupos de surgencias distribuidas a lo largo de una franja termomineral de unos 500 metros, las más conocidas localmente como el manantial Nosi y el Manantial del Caballo, que brotan a 46-58°C, demasiado calientes para el baño directo, por lo que los visitantes se sumergen en pozas de escorrentía más frescas donde el agua se mezcla con el arroyo Tregan. El agua contiene calcio, potasio, hierro, magnesio y azufre, y tradicionalmente se ha usado para dolencias reumáticas y musculoesqueléticas desde época romana. No hay más instalaciones que algunas casas de huéspedes familiares cercanas; el lugar sigue siendo un punto de baño silvestre y gratuito, popular entre los visitantes locales, especialmente los fines de semana de verano.

Hidraj is a natural geothermal site on the slopes of Banja mountain, in the Tregan river valley about 1.5 km southeast of the Qendër Llixhë spa village near Elbasan. Rather than a single spring, it comprises seven groups of vents strung along a roughly 500-meter thermomineral belt, the largest known locally as the Nosi spring and the Horse Spring, emerging at 46-58°C - too hot for direct bathing, so visitors soak in cooler run-off pools where the water mixes with the Tregan stream. The water carries calcium, potassium, iron, magnesium, and sulphur, and has traditionally been used for rheumatic and musculoskeletal complaints since Roman times. There are no facilities beyond a handful of family-run guesthouses nearby; the site remains a free, wild bathing spot popular with local visitors, especially on summer weekends.

ヒドライは、エルバサン近郊のスパ集落ケンデル・リクシェから南東へ約1.5kmのトレガン川渓谷、バニャ山の斜面にある自然の地熱地帯である。単一の泉ではなく、約500メートルの熱水鉱泉帯に沿って7つの噴出群が連なり、その中で最大のものは地元で「ノシの泉」および「馬の泉」として知られ、46~58℃で湧出する。直接入浴するには高温すぎるため、訪問者はトレガン川の水と混ざり合うより涼しい流出プールで入浴する。水にはカルシウム、カリウム、鉄、マグネシウム、硫黄が含まれ、ローマ時代からリウマチや筋骨格系の不調に伝統的に利用されてきた。近隣の家族経営の民宿以外に施設はなく、無料で入れる野趣あふれる入浴スポットとして、特に夏の週末に地元の訪問者に人気がある。
