Jod-Sole-Therme Bad Bevensen

Jod-Sole-Therme Bad Bevensen se abastece de un manantial de salmuera rica en yodo descubierto en 1964 cerca de la localidad de Bad Bevensen, en el valle del río Ilmenau. Jod-Sole-Therme Bad Bevensen draws on an iodine-rich brine spring discovered in 1964 near the town of Bad Bevensen in the Ilmenau valley. The bathing facility was built starting in 1968, and the spring's therapeutic qualities earned the town official recognition as a state-approved mineral spa in 1975–76. Today its indoor and outdoor pools run at roughly 33–35°C with saline concentrations between 3% and 5%, and the site includes an extensive sauna landscape.
