Nimmo Bay Wilderness Resort

Nimmo Bay Wilderness Resort ocupa una entrada protegida en el Archipiélago Broughton, una red de fiordos e islas en la costa central de Columbia Británica que forma una de las áreas de naturaleza marina más prístinas de América del Norte. Nimmo Bay Wilderness Resort occupies a protected inlet in the Broughton Archipelago, a network of fjords and islands on the central coast of British Columbia that forms one of the most pristine marine wilderness areas in North America. Accessible only by helicopter or floatplane, the resort is surrounded by rainforest, glaciers, and waters inhabited by orca, humpback whale, and grizzly bear. The cedar sauna — heated by wood and positioned on the floating dock — allows guests to alternate between sauna heat and immersion in the cool North Pacific water, with views across the inlet to old-growth forest and snow-capped peaks. Nimmo Bay has operated since 1980 and is one of Canada's original eco-luxury wilderness resorts.
