Terme Tuhelj

Terme Tuhelj se encuentra en Tuheljske Toplice, un asentamiento balneario dentro del municipio de Tuhelj, en el condado de Krapina-Zagorje, en la campiña montañosa al noroeste de Zagreb. El manantial se clasifica como hipotermal, brotando a unos 32–33°C, y su contenido de azufre —junto con bicarbonatos de calcio y magnesio, sodio, potasio y estroncio— lo sitúa entre las aguas minerales medicinales reconocidas de Croacia. El lugar también es conocido por un barro curativo peloide, un sedimento de grano fino de origen mineral y vegetal acumulado a lo largo de un largo proceso geológico, utilizado junto con el agua en tratamientos para enfermedades reumáticas, daños articulares y óseos, afecciones cutáneas, dolencias respiratorias y problemas ginecológicos. Hoy el manantial alimenta un complejo que combina bienestar, piscinas termales e instalaciones de parque acuático en el tradicional cinturón termal de Zagorje.

Terme Tuhelj sits in Tuheljske Toplice, a spa settlement within the Tuhelj municipality of Krapina-Zagorje County, in the hilly countryside northwest of Zagreb. The spring is classed as hypothermal, emerging at about 32–33°C, and its sulphur content — alongside calcium and magnesium bicarbonates, sodium, potassium and strontium — places it among Croatia's recognized medicinal mineral waters. The site is also known for a peloid healing mud, a fine-grained sediment of mineral and plant origin built up over long geological time, used together with the water in treatments for rheumatic disease, joint and bone damage, skin conditions, respiratory ailments and gynaecological complaints. Today the spring feeds a resort combining wellness, thermal pools and water-park facilities in the traditional Zagorje spa belt.

テルメ・トゥヘリは、ザグレブ北西の丘陵地帯、クラピナ=ザゴリェ郡トゥヘリ自治体内の温泉集落トゥヘリスケ・トプリツェに位置する。この源泉は低温性(ヒポサーマル)に分類され、約32〜33℃で湧出し、その硫黄含有量に加えカルシウム・マグネシウムの重炭酸塩、ナトリウム、カリウム、ストロンチウムを含むことから、クロアチアで認められた薬用ミネラル水の一つに数えられる。この地はまた、長い地質学的時間をかけて形成された鉱物・植物由来の細粒堆積物であるペロイド治療泥でも知られ、水とともにリウマチ性疾患、関節・骨の損傷、皮膚疾患、呼吸器疾患、婦人科系の不調の治療に用いられる。現在この源泉は、伝統的なザゴリェ温泉地帯において、ウェルネス、温泉プール、ウォーターパーク施設を組み合わせたリゾートに湯を供給している。
