Balneario de Marmolejoはスペイン・Andaluciaに位置する重炭酸泉・含鉄泉。源泉温度は22.0℃の豊かな温泉水が湧き出る。泉水は中性に近い（pH約6.8）の泉質、炭酸水素塩泉・カルシウム泉を豊富に含む、総溶解固形物520 mg/Lが特徴だ。1870年創業。消化器療法・循環器系・リウマチ療法など多様な温浴療法が行われる。施設では入浴・飲泉療法・水治療法などが体験できる。
