Bogacs Thermal Spa and Outdoor Bath Complex

Bogácsi Gyógy- és Strandfürdő es un complejo termal en el pueblo de Bogács, en las estribaciones de Bükkalja, en el norte de Hungría. Su agua bicarbonatada cálcico-magnésica y sulfurosa emerge a 36°C de un pozo perforado durante una infructuosa prospección petrolera en la zona en la década de 1950. La primera piscina se inauguró en 1959, se añadieron tres más en 1973 y hubo nuevas ampliaciones hasta el año 2000, seguidas de una importante renovación en 2011-2012. El agua sulfurosa se usa tanto para baños como en cura de bebida, indicada para afecciones reumáticas y articulares, así como ciertos trastornos digestivos.

Bogácsi Gyógy- és Strandfürdő is a thermal bath complex in the village of Bogács in the Bükkalja foothills of northern Hungary. Its calcium-magnesium hydrogen-carbonate, sulphur-bearing water emerges at 36°C from a well drilled during unsuccessful 1950s oil prospecting in the area. The first pool opened in 1959, with three more added in 1973 and further expansion by 2000, followed by significant renovation in 2011-2012. The sulphurous water is used both for bathing and as a drinking cure, indicated for rheumatic and joint conditions as well as certain digestive ailments.

ボガーチ・ジョジ・エーシュ・シュトランドフュルドー(Bogácsi Gyógy- és Strandfürdő)は、ハンガリー北部ビュッケアリャの丘陵地帯にある村ボガーチの温泉施設である。カルシウム・マグネシウム重炭酸泉で硫黄を含む水は、1950年代にこの地域で行われた失敗に終わった石油探査の井戸から36°Cで湧出する。最初のプールは1959年に開業し、1973年にさらに3つのプールが追加され、2000年までにさらに拡張、2011〜2012年には大規模な改修が行われた。硫黄泉は入浴だけでなく飲用療法にも用いられ、リウマチや関節疾患、一部の消化器疾患に適応するとされる。
