Scenic Hot Springs

Scenic Hot Springs se alcanza por un sendero de 3 kilómetros que sube empinado a través de bosque antiguo en las Cascadas al este de Skykomish, Washington. Scenic Hot Springs is reached by a 3-kilometre trail climbing steeply through old-growth forest in the Cascades east of Skykomish, Washington. The spring emerges at around 57°C and feeds three log-lined soaking pools of graduated temperatures maintained by the Forest Service. The pools sit on a forested bench with expansive views of the Cascade peaks and Skykomish River valley below. A land trust now manages the springs in partnership with the US Forest Service, requiring advance reservations to limit impact on this sensitive alpine environment.
