Terme di Stigliano, en Canale Monterano, cerca de Roma, se encuentra en un parque colinar de 20 hectáreas con cinco manantiales termales distintos, con temperaturas del agua que van de unos 30°C a 38°C. Terme di Stigliano, in Canale Monterano near Rome, sits within a 20-hectare hillside park containing five separate thermal springs, with water temperatures ranging from about 30°C to 38°C. Known to the Etruscans and later the Romans, who called it Thermae Stygianae, the site was studied by the Orsini family beginning in the 1400s, and the current hotel structure was built by the Altieri family in the 1700s. An imperial-era sweating grotto survives beneath the facility.
