Termas de Luso

Termas de Luso se ubica en Luso, en el municipio de Mealhada, al borde del bosque de la Serra do Buçaco, a unos 20 minutos de Coímbra. El agua se describe como hiposalina (de mineralización débil), mesotermal y clorurada sódica, con la sílice representando aproximadamente el 26% de la mineralización total. Se usa tradicionalmente para afecciones respiratorias, renales/urinarias, reumáticas y circulatorias. El complejo termal moderno incluye una instalación de 1.200 m² con siete salas de tratamiento y un centro médico, junto al histórico Grande Hotel das Termas, construido en 1919.

Termas de Luso is located in Luso, part of Mealhada municipality, on the edge of the Serra do Buçaco forest about 20 minutes from Coimbra. The water is described as hyposaline (weakly mineralized), mesothermal, and sodium chloride in composition, with silica making up roughly 26% of the total mineralization. It is traditionally used for respiratory, kidney/urinary, rheumatic and circulatory conditions. The modern spa complex includes a 1,200 m² thermal facility with seven treatment rooms and a medical center, alongside the historic Grande Hotel das Termas, built in 1919.

テルマス・デ・ルーゾは、メアリャーダ市ルーゾ、コインブラから約20分のセラ・ド・ブサコの森の端に位置する。泉質は低塩分(弱鉱化)、中温泉、塩化ナトリウム泉とされ、シリカが総鉱化度の約26%を占める。呼吸器系、腎臓・泌尿器系、リウマチ性疾患、循環器系疾患に伝統的に用いられている。近代的な温泉施設は1,200平方メートルの敷地に7つの施術室と医療センターを備え、1919年建設の歴史あるグランデ・ホテル・ダス・テルマスに隣接する。
