Terme Jezerčica aprovecha un manantial mineral natural que brota a su temperatura original de 38°C cerca de Donja Stubica, en las colinas de Krapina-Zagorje, a unos 40 km del centro de Zagreb. El agua contiene una mezcla de iones disueltos y se clasifica como agua mineral terapéutica, utilizada en las piscinas cubiertas y al aire libre del parque acuático del complejo, donde fisioterapeutas dirigen sesiones de rehabilitación y recreación.
