Our commitment to accurate information
Traveling with a wheelchair or reduced mobility requires detailed planning. Incorrect information isn't just an inconvenience — it can ruin a trip. That's why AquaFonte applies strict criteria to accessibility information.
- We only publish accessibility data when we can verify it in official establishment sources, specialized accessible tourism bodies, or travelers with direct experience.
- We distinguish between "not available" (we know it doesn't exist) and "no data" (we don't have information yet). We never display lack of data as lack of accessibility.
- We include explicit warnings when an access mechanism (such as a hydraulic chair) may be out of service. We recommend confirming availability on the day of the visit.
- We indicate the verification date on each listing. Outdated data is flagged for review.
