Bishop Creek Hot Springs is a primitive geothermal site in the Nevada Great Basin, accessible from remote BLM land in Mineral County. The spring produces water at around 44°C that pools in natural basins in the desert terrain. The surrounding landscape of sagebrush flats, volcanic hills, and expansive Nevada sky provides the quintessential Western wilderness hot spring experience: entirely undeveloped, reached by rough roads, and rewarding in direct proportion to the effort required.
