Horsehouse Sauna at Inshriach

Inshriach House es una casa de caza victoriana en el borde oriental del Parque Nacional de Cairngorms, el parque nacional más grande de Escocia, situada en un bosque de abedul y pino silvestre escocés a orillas del río Feshie. El antiguo establo de la finca ha sido convertido en una sauna de leña de estilo finlandés.

Inshriach House is a Victorian shooting lodge on the eastern edge of the Cairngorms National Park — Scotland's largest national park — set within a birch and Scots pine forest on the River Feshie. The estate's former horsehouse has been converted into a Finnish-style wood-fired sauna, and after each heating session, bathers descend to the river for a cold plunge in the clear peaty waters of the Feshie, which flows directly from the Cairngorm plateau. The combination of Victorian stone architecture, ancient Caledonian pine forest, and the cold clear water of a Highland river creates a specifically Scottish version of the Nordic sauna experience.

Horsehouse Sauna at InshriachはScotland・Cairngorms, Highlandに位置するサウナ。源泉温度は80℃の豊かな温泉水が湧き出る。泉水は中性に近い（pH約7.0）の泉質、スコットランドマツ・高地河川水を豊富に含むが特徴だ。2015年創業。サウナ浴・高地渓流の水風呂・森のウェルネスなど多様な温浴療法が行われる。施設では薪サウナ・川の水風呂・森林浴などが体験できる。
