Poca da Dona Beija

Poça da Dona Beija es un conjunto de cinco piscinas de agua caliente al aire libre, de profundidades variables, en el valle de Furnas, isla de São Miguel, una de las zonas geotérmicamente más activas de las Azores. El agua es rica en hierro, procede de la actividad volcánica bajo el valle, y mantiene una temperatura de aproximadamente 39ºC durante todo el año. Es una atracción distinta y de gestión independiente, tanto de la zona termal/géiseres general de Furnas como de la piscina termal de Terra Nostra, también en Furnas.

Poça da Dona Beija is a set of five outdoor hot-water pools of varying depths in the Furnas valley on São Miguel Island, one of the most geothermally active areas of the Azores. The water is iron-rich, sourced from volcanic activity beneath the valley, and maintains a temperature of roughly 39ºC year-round. It is a distinct, separately managed attraction from both the general Furnas thermal/geyser area and the Terra Nostra thermal pool elsewhere in Furnas.

ポサ・ダ・ドナ・ベイジャは、アゾレス諸島の中でも特に地熱活動が活発なサンミゲル島フルナス谷にある、深さの異なる5つの野外温水プールからなる施設である。水は谷の地下の火山活動に由来する鉄分豊富な泉質で、年間を通じて約39℃の水温を保つ。フルナス地区にある一般的な温泉・間欠泉エリアや、同じくフルナスにあるテラ・ノストラ温泉プールとは別個に運営される、独立した観光施設である。
