Big Medicine Hot Springs

Big Medicine Hot Springs flows from geothermal sources in Meagher County, Montana, at around 50°C. The spring is part of the broader thermal field that underlies the White Sulphur Springs area and which supported multiple bathhouse operations in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. The site combines historical significance with natural beauty in the wide Smith River valley, where the Crazy Mountains rise to the north and the Elkhorn Range frames the south.
