Ischia, la mayor isla de la Bahía de Nápoles, es el corazón del turismo termal italiano. Sus 29 parques termales autorizados aprovechan el calor del volcán Epomeo, que calienta el agua del subsuelo hasta 87 °C. La tradición termal de la isla se remonta al período romano —Plinio el Viejo describió sus aguas curativas—, y alcanza hoy una oferta de centenares de piscinas al aire libre, fango volcánico y terapias de mar y termal combinadas. La Sorgeto, cala de acceso libre con manantiales calientes que brotan directamente en el mar, es una de las experiencias termales más singulares del Mediterráneo.

Its 29 licensed thermal parks draw on geothermal waters heated by the Epomeo volcano, reaching temperatures of up to 87°C before cooling for treatment. The island's thermal tradition dates to Roman times — Pliny the Elder wrote of its healing waters. Today, visitors from Naples cruise terminal reach Ischia by hydrofoil in under 45 minutes, discovering a world of sulphurous pools, volcanic mud treatments, and black-sand beaches with natural hot spring outflows. The iconic Sorgeto Cove offers free natural hot springs directly on the sea.

Terme di Ischiaはイタリア・Campaniaに位置する硫黄泉・塩化物泉。源泉温度は87℃の豊かな温泉水が湧き出る。泉水は中性に近い（pH約6.8）の泉質、塩化物泉・ナトリウム泉を豊富に含む、総溶解固形物3200 mg/Lが特徴だ。ローマ時代から続く歴史的温泉地。リウマチ療法・皮膚科治療・呼吸器療法など多様な温浴療法が行われる。施設では入浴・泥療法・吸入などが体験できる。
