Bang Onsen Spa & Resort se construyó alrededor de Suoi Bang, un yacimiento de manantiales naturales en la comuna de Kim Thuy, distrito de Le Thuy, a unos 60 kilómetros al suroeste de Dong Hoi, cerca del límite del Parque Nacional Phong Nha-Ke Bang. El manantial brota a través de unos 200 veneros con un caudal estable de 15 a 19 litros por segundo, con una temperatura de origen registrada de unos 105 °C —la más alta documentada para cualquier manantial termal de Vietnam— y transporta calcio y otros minerales disueltos en concentraciones de entre 550 y 570 miligramos por litro. Desarrollado por la Corporación Truong Thinh e inaugurado en agosto de 2023, el complejo enfría el agua hasta unos 40-45 °C para las piscinas de baño, con un estilo inspirado en las tradiciones de baño onsen japonesas, en un entorno de paisaje kárstico boscoso.

Bang Onsen Spa & Resort is built around Suoi Bang, a natural spring field in Kim Thuy commune, Le Thuy district, about 60 kilometres southwest of Dong Hoi near the edge of Phong Nha-Ke Bang National Park. The spring emerges through roughly 200 vents at a stable flow of 15-19 litres per second, with a recorded source temperature of about 105°C — the highest documented for any hot spring in Vietnam — carrying calcium and other dissolved minerals at concentrations of around 550-570 milligrams per litre. Developed by Truong Thinh Corporation and opened in August 2023, the resort cools the water into soaking pools of roughly 40-45°C, styled around Japanese onsen bathing traditions and set within forested limestone karst scenery.

バン・オンセン・スパ&リゾートは、ドンホイから南西へ約60キロ、フォンニャ・ケバン国立公園の縁に近いレ・トゥイ郡キムトゥイ地区にある天然温泉群スオイ・バンを中心に建てられている。この温泉は約200の噴出孔から毎秒15〜19リットルの安定した湧出量で噴き出し、源泉温度は約105℃と記録されている——これはベトナムで確認されている温泉の中で最高値であり、カルシウムなどの溶存ミネラルを1リットルあたり約550〜570ミリグラム含む。チュオン・ティン社によって開発され2023年8月に開業したこのリゾートは、湯を約40〜45℃まで冷まして浴槽に用いており、日本のオンセン入浴の伝統を取り入れたスタイルで、森林に覆われたカルスト地形の中に位置する。
