Ginnie Springs is a privately owned complex of seven connected springs on the Santa Fe River, best known internationally as a cave diving destination. The main spring produces some of the clearest water in Florida, with visibility regularly exceeding 15 meters. The underwater cave system — Devil's Eye and Devil's Ear — is among the most extensive accessible dive caves in the continental United States and draws experienced cave divers from around the world. Non-divers can tube the Santa Fe River, snorkel the spring runs, swim in the headspring, and camp on the property.
