Suanbo Hot Springs is a small thermal-bath town tucked into the mountains of central South Korea near Woraksan National Park, built around a spring that rises from about 250 meters underground at roughly 53°C — colorless, odorless, and mildly alkaline. Often described as Korea's first naturally flowing (non-drilled) hot spring, it has reportedly been used since the Goryeo Kingdom and today supports numerous hotels and public bathhouses, including the Suanbo Park Hotel and Suanbo RI Hotel, alongside free public foot-bath areas.
