Vok Baths

Vök Baths abrió en 2019, a unos 5 km de Egilsstaðir, en el este de Islandia, diseñado por Basalt Architects. Su rasgo distintivo es un par de piscinas que flotan sobre el lago Urriðavatn, calentadas de forma natural a unos 38-40°C por manantiales geotérmicos bajo el lecho del lago; se dice que esos puntos del lago nunca se congelan, ni en invierno. Dos piscinas termales en tierra, una sauna, un túnel de agua fría, una piscina de inmersión fría y un bar dentro del agua completan las instalaciones.

Vök Baths opened in 2019 about 5 km from Egilsstaðir in East Iceland, designed by Basalt Architects. The facility's signature feature is a pair of pools floating out over Lake Urriðavatn, naturally heated to around 38-40°C by geothermal springs beneath the lakebed — the lake reportedly never freezes at those spots even in winter. Two onshore hot pools, a sauna, a cold-water spray tunnel, a cold plunge, and an in-water bar round out the facility.

ヴォークバスは2019年、アイスランド東部エギルススタジルから約5kmの場所にバサルト建築事務所の設計で開業しました。目玉は、ウリザヴァトン湖上に浮かぶ2つのプールで、湖底の地熱泉により約38〜40°Cに自然に温められています。この場所は冬でも凍らないとされています。陸上の2つの温水プール、サウナ、冷水シャワートンネル、水風呂、水中バーも併設されています。
