Chochołowskie Termy

Chochołów, un pueblo de la región de Podhale famoso por su hilera protegida de casas de madera del siglo XIX, alberga también Chochołowskie Termy, que se presenta como el complejo de baños termales más grande de Polonia, con unos 4.500 m² de superficie de agua repartidos en 52 piscinas. El complejo aprovecha el mismo acuífero geotérmico profundo de Podhale que abastece a los balnearios vecinos, con agua que llega a la superficie y llena las piscinas a 32–38°C. Además de sus piscinas familiares y recreativas, el complejo mantiene una zona terapéutica independiente abastecida con agua sulfurosa y salina (salmuera) cruda, sin filtrar, comercializada específicamente para afecciones reumáticas y dermatológicas en lugar de mezclarse con las piscinas generales.

Chochołów, a village in the Podhale region famous for its protected row of 19th-century timber cottages, is also home to Chochołowskie Termy, which describes itself as Poland's largest thermal bath complex at roughly 4,500 m² of water surface across 52 pools. The facility draws on the same deep Podhale geothermal aquifer that supplies neighbouring resorts, with water reaching the surface and filling the pools at 32–38°C. Beyond its family and recreational pools, the complex maintains a distinct therapeutic zone supplied with raw, unfiltered sulphurous and saline (brine) water, marketed specifically for rheumatic and dermatological conditions rather than blended into the general bathing pools.

19世紀の木造家屋が保護区として並ぶことで知られるポドハレ地方の村ホホウフには、ポーランド最大の温泉施設と称するホホウォフスキェ・テルミがある。水面積は約4,500平方メートル、52のプールを有する。この施設は近隣のリゾートにも水を供給する同じポドハレ地熱帯水層を利用しており、地表に達した水は32〜38℃でプールを満たす。家族向け・レジャー用プールに加え、施設内には未濾過の硫黄・塩水(ブライン)を使用する独立した療養ゾーンがあり、一般浴槽とは分けてリウマチや皮膚疾患向けに提供されている。
