Black Rock Hot Springs

Black Rock Hot Springs sits at the edge of the Black Rock Desert in northwestern Nevada, a vast dry lakebed famous for land speed records and the Burning Man festival. The spring produces water at around 55°C that flows through a short volcanic canyon before pooling in a natural rock basin at a comfortable soaking temperature where it mixes with cooler flows. The surrounding playa and distant mountain ranges create an alien, otherworldly landscape unlike any other hot spring environment in the American West.
