Sierra Hot Springs

Sierra Hot Springs is a nonprofit retreat center occupying 700 acres in the high meadows east of the Sierra Nevada crest near Sierraville, California. The property channels geothermal springs at around 48°C into multiple outdoor soaking pools at varying temperatures, set in a gorgeous mountain meadow surrounded by ponderosa pine. The clothing-optional policy, communal ethos, and spectacular natural setting have made Sierra Hot Springs a beloved destination for those seeking a genuine back-to-nature thermal experience in Northern California.
