Chae Son Hot Springs sits within Chae Son National Park in Lampang's Mueang Pan District, roughly 75 km northeast of Lampang city. Water rises through nine boreholes across a rocky, forested area at temperatures reported between 73°C and 82°C, hot enough that visitors traditionally boil eggs in the steaming pools. The park offers open public bathing pools as well as private mineral bath bungalows, and is more widely known as one of northern Thailand's most scenic national-park hot spring settings, combining geothermal pools with waterfalls and hiking trails.
