Holtville Hot Springs is a natural artesian thermal spring in the Imperial Valley of California, surfacing in one of the continent's lowest-lying areas — the below-sea-level desert floor of the Colorado River delta region. The springs produce water at around 48°C and support simple, undeveloped soaking in the midst of the agricultural flatlands east of the Salton Sea. The desert setting and the geological novelty of hot springs in the lowest terrain in North America give the site a unique character.
