Les Bains d'Ovronnaz

Les Bains d'Ovronnaz sits at 1,350 meters in the alpine resort of Ovronnaz, above the Rhône Valley, drawing on natural thermal water that the operator explicitly distinguishes from treated recreational pool water. The water reaches the pools at 32 to 35°C, with the jacuzzi kept slightly warmer, and its properties were documented in a medical study of the Leytron-Ovronnaz region's thermal waters by Dr. M. Waldburger. The baths have operated in their thermal form since 1990 and today combine indoor and outdoor pools, jets, waterfalls and whirlpools, all with sweeping views over the Rhône Valley and the peaks of the Valais Alps.
