Sauna Ranco es una instalación de sauna de leña en las orillas del Lago Ranco, un lago de origen glacial en la región de Los Ríos del sur de Chile. El lago fue tallado por glaciares durante la última era de hielo y sus aguas son excepcionalmente claras y frías, haciendo del chapuzón post-sauna una experiencia de contraste intenso.
Sauna Ranco is a wood-fired sauna facility on the shores of Lago Ranco, a glacially carved lake in the Los Ríos region of southern Chile. The lake district of Chilean Patagonia shares its climate and landscape character with Scandinavian lake country — conifer forest, cold clear water, volcanic mountains, and an abundance of birch and coihue trees. The Nordic sauna tradition arrived in Chilean Patagonia with 19th-century German and Scandinavian settlers, and the Lago Ranco area has maintained a tradition of outdoor bathing culture that has grown with the modern wellness movement. Cold plunge in the glacier-fed lake follows the sauna, offering a genuine Chilean Patagonian interpretation of the Nordic bathing cycle.
Sauna Rancoはチリ・Los Ríosに位置するサウナ。源泉温度は80℃の豊かな温泉水が湧き出る。泉水は中性に近い（pH約7.0）の泉質、コイウエの煙・レンガ材を豊富に含むが特徴だ。2018年創業。サウナ浴・湖の水風呂・森のウェルネスなど多様な温浴療法が行われる。施設では薪サウナ・水風呂・森林浴などが体験できる。

Las saunas a leña de la zona del Lago Ranco utilizan madera caída localmente y recortes de coihue procedentes de explotaciones forestales gestionadas de forma sostenible en la región. El propio lago está protegido por la normativa medioambiental chilena que regula la cuenca de Los Ríos.
