Termales La Montaña

Termales La Montaña draws on the geothermal energy of the Santa Ana volcanic complex in western El Salvador to produce natural hot spring water at around 42°C. The facility is set in highland tropical forest at around 750 metres elevation, providing a cooler and greener alternative to El Salvador's Pacific coast. The spring complex serves as a weekend retreat for residents of Santa Ana and San Salvador, offering outdoor soaking pools and picnic areas in a peaceful mountain environment surrounded by coffee plantations and cloud forest fragments.
