Mangatainoka Hot Springs

Mangatainoka Hot Springs se encuentra en una pequeña terraza junto al río Mohaka, dentro del Kaweka Forest Park, en la región de Hawke's Bay, a unos 75 km al noroeste de Napier. Agua termal natural brota en la terraza fluvial y se canaliza hacia tres tinas sencillas con válvulas para controlar el caudal, mantenidas por el Departamento de Conservación. Llegar hasta los manantiales requiere entre 2.5 y 3.5 horas de caminata desde el final de Makahu Road, incluyendo un descenso final pronunciado, y hay un camping básico cerca.

Mangatainoka Hot Springs sits on a small terrace beside the Mohaka River in Kaweka Forest Park, Hawke's Bay, roughly 75 km northwest of Napier. Natural thermal water rises on the river terrace and is channelled into three simple soaking tubs with valves to control the flow, maintained by the Department of Conservation. Reaching the springs takes about 2.5 to 3.5 hours of tramping from the end of Makahu Road, including a final steep descent, and there is a basic campsite nearby.

マンガタイノカ・ホット・スプリングスは、ホークス・ベイ地方、ネイピアの北西約75kmに位置するカウェカ・フォレスト・パーク内、モハカ川沿いの小さな段丘にある。この段丘には天然の温水が湧き出しており、保全局(DOC)が管理する、流量調節バルブ付きの簡素な浴槽3つへと引き込まれている。マカフ・ロード終点から温泉まではおよそ2.5~3.5時間の徒歩が必要で、最後は急な下りとなる。近くには簡素なキャンプ場もある。
