Toyako Onsen

Toyako Onsen es una localidad turística en la orilla sur del lago Toya, al pie del monte Usu, en la región de Toya-Usu, Hokkaido. Las aguas termales surgieron por primera vez tras la erupción del monte Usu en 1910, y la zona produce actualmente uno de los mayores volúmenes de agua termal de cualquier balneario de Japón. El agua de manantial es una fuente clorurada sódico-cálcica con una temperatura de 50.3°C y un pH de 6.7. Grandes hoteles junto al lago bordean un paseo con pediluvios, y la localidad organiza fuegos artificiales nocturnos sobre el lago de primavera a otoño.

Toyako Onsen is a resort town on the southern shore of Lake Toya at the foot of Mount Usu, within the Toya-Usu region of Hokkaido. The hot springs first appeared after Mount Usu erupted in 1910, and the area now produces one of the largest volumes of hot spring water of any onsen resort in Japan. The source water is a sodium-calcium chloride spring with a temperature of 50.3°C and a pH of 6.7. Large lakeside hotels line a lakefront promenade with foot baths, and the town hosts nightly fireworks over the lake from spring through autumn.

洞爺湖温泉は、北海道の有珠山麓、洞爺湖南岸に広がる温泉地である。1910年（明治43年）の有珠山噴火の際に温泉が湧出し、現在では日本有数の湧出量を誇る温泉地となっている。泉質はナトリウム・カルシウム-塩化物泉で、泉温50.3度、pH6.7を測定する。湖畔には大型ホテルが立ち並び、足湯のある遊歩道があり、春から秋にかけて毎晩湖上で花火が打ち上げられる。
